Description: Specificity of the Somite ab4 ( Mu1) is high in muscle cells in the myotome. It is not seen in heart muscle or intestinal smooth muscle cells. With higher magnification, it was shown to be distributed throughout the cytoplasm, except the nucleus, though not uniformly. in Xenopus, this antigen is first detected at NF stage 21. Developed by/for Okamoto Lab.
