Name integrin beta-1
Type polypeptide
Post Translational Modifications None
Source Organism frog
Description protein fraction enriched in beta1-integrin precursor protein Predicted: 86 kDa; Apparent: 100 kDa (precursor) and 115 kDa (mature protein) under non-reducing conditions and 125 kDa (precursor) and 135 kDa (mature protein) under reducing conditions 8C8 doesn't recognize the reduced protein. For immunohistochemistry, formaldehyde or methanol fixation work well.
Reported Usage
western blot must be in the unreduced state; antibody does not recognize reduced protein
immunofluorescence MEMFA fix 1-2 hrs @ RT, post-fix in Dents. Use at 1:300
