| Source Organism | frog |
| Description | Specifically recognizes a surface glycoprotein (CTX) expressed only on cortical immature thymocytes in tadpoles and adults. X71 mAb does not stain mature T cells. However, CTX protein (presumably intracellular) is also detected in adult digestive track. Xenopus lymphoid tumors B3B7, 15/0 and ff-2 are also expressing suface CTX. |
