Description: Xenopus tropicalis polyA+ RNA was obtained from brain and spinal cord of tadpoles at stages 58-61 and 62-64. cDNAs were synthesized using the SMART system of CLONTECH and directionally cloned into pCMVSPORT6_xtbs, a modified version of pCMVSPORT6 allowing directional cloning using asymetric SfiI sites.
