Description: Xenopus tropicalis polyA+ RNA was obtained from brain and spinal cord of tadpoles at stages 58-61 and 62-64. cDNAs were synthesized using the SMART system of CLONTECH and directionally cloned into pCMVSPORT6_xtbs, a modified version of pCMVSPORT6 allowing directional cloning using asymetric SfiI sites. For antisense RNA synthesis, use T7 promoter and for sense RNA use SP6 promoter. Library constructed by Dr. L. Coen and Prof. B. Demeneix (Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle and CNRS UMR 5166, Paris, France).Vector Details | Vector Map |
