  Fig. 4. Coinjections of Mo-pdzrn3 + full-length pdzrn3RNA of Danio rerio allow to significantly recover wild type phenotypes. The coinjections were carried out into one blastomere at 2-cell stage. Comparison of the injected and control side of Xenopus embryos reveals the rescue of the expression domains of pax8 (C,D) and hnf1b (G,H) at stage 22, and correct formation of the pronephric tubules and of the nephrostomes (arrows) at stage 37-38, as revealed using Na+/K+ATPase probe (A,B), pax8 probe (E,F), and hnf1b (I,J).
