Position: Xenbase Developer

Research Description:

I was formerly a developer for the Xenbase project.  My work focused on the image management, application performance, and gene expression components of the project.  

I am currently a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary, where I study information security.

Beyond my work with Xenbase, I am interested in data visualization, software security, software engineering and design, and coral reef ecology.
