Description: Custom ab produced by Burd lab, recognizes an unknown antigen in olfactory receptor neuron axons and cell bodies in the larval Xenopus olfactory epithelium.
Immunogen
Name
Type polypeptide
Post Translational Modifications None
Source Organism frog
Description Monoclonal antibodies were generated by injecting mice with extracts of tissue from whole nasal capsules (including PC, MC, and VO) from seven to ten stage 50 to 56 X. laevis tadpoles. For these injections, the epithelium was ground in 500ul saline using a Wheaton microtissue grinder, mixed with Freunds complete and incomplete adjuvant.
